Meet the Lieutenant Garret Anderson 

Cindy McGuire of China Cupboard Bears, designed and created
and donated this big bear for this year's raffle.

The Lieutenant is made from soft dark brown alpaca with
Ultra-suede stitched paw pads.

He stands 21" tall and is fully jointed.

Looking his best in a vintage hat, sash and pin.
