Lennon sisters Kathy (L) and Janet (R) shared a photo op with Jake at IDEX 2008. Who remembers them from the Lawrence Welk show?!? Jake celebrated Thanksgiving at the Hugging Bear Inn (Chester VT) with guest, Clara Church from Lincoln RI.
Jake spent Halloween at the Hugging Bear Inn in Chester VT. Owner and "witch" Georgette Thomas enjoyed his visit! Jake traveled from Coarsegold CA through the Panama Canal to Puerto Rico with several members of the Mountain Bear Fan Club.
Jake loved being pampered by Nevin, his cruise ship server when he traveled through the Panama Canal. Jake moved into the Anschutz's Connecticut home for the 2007 Holiday Season.
Jake enjoyed meeting family and friends at the Anschutz's Holiday Brunch. It gave us a chance to spread the Good Bear message. He got lots of hugs and had more than a few cookies. Jake "The Elf"

Meet "Jake", GBW's newest traveling teddy bear. He's ready to travel and is filled with love to share with his traveling companions and folks he meets along the way!

Lovingly created by GBW Vice President, Elizabeth Taylor, Jake is a gorgeous 16" golden curly mohair bear. He was introduced to the world at Orlando's IDEX show in January 2007. As folks "oohed" and "aahed" over him, he sat a little taller and the winsome twinkle in his shoe button eyes got a bit brighter every time someone penned a message in his journal.
