Membership is available in three categories:
Individual Good Bear Member-At-Large, Den Member, and Bearo.
Individual members operate on their own, giving teddies to the bearless whenever the occasion inspires them to do so. Den members are those Good Bears who form local chapters (dens) and collectively raise funds to make or buy bears which they give to hospitals, nursing homes, shelters for abused children, police departments or other projects of their choosing. Bearos are a special group of individuals dedicated to the relief of trauma and suffering through a lifetime support for Good Bears of the World.
Regular membership dues are for one year and are the same for new or renewal memberships. Individual dues: $14.00 U.S., $18.00 Canada and Mexico, $24.00 all other countries.

At-Large and Den Members receive four issues of "Bear Tracks", a membership card, GBW button, and GBW sticker.
Bearo membership dues are $150.00 U.S., $175.00 Canada and Mexico, and $250.00 all other countries. Bearos receive 4 issues of "Bear Tracks" yearly, a VIB (Very Important Bear) pin, Bearo Club number, certificate and award letter.
Good Bears of the World maintains dens around
